2021.5.4更新

信越トレイルクラブでは、全国における新型コロナウイルス感染拡大を受けまして、トレイルを利用されるハイカーの皆様に感染防止対策へのご協力をお願いしております。
ご不便をおかけしますが信越トレイルにお越しの際は、利用者の皆様と地域住民への感染リスクを抑えるため、以下を遵守いただいた上でのトレッキングをお願い致します。

【利用者の皆様へお願い】
・緊急事態宣言もしくはそれに準じる感染防止措置によって、国や自治体による県境を跨いだ移動自粛が求められている場合には、山行を控えてください
・山行前に自己問診を行い、発熱・咳・寒気・のどの痛みなどの症状がある場合はトレッキングを控えてください
・トレイルの基点まで移動する際は、可能な限り人混みや人の往来が激しい経路・交通手段を避けてください
・トレイル沿いの町などで人と接する際は必ずマスクを着用し、必要な距離を保ってください
・歩行時は前後の利用者と2.0ｍ以上の間隔をとってください
・山行中も可能であればマスクを着用することが望ましいですが、十分なソーシャルディスタンスが取れる環境の場合は、その限りではありません
・休憩時など、人が集まる場所では2.0ｍ以上の間隔をとり、マスクを着用してください

In response to the spread of the new coronavirus throughout world, the Shin-etsu Trail Club asks all hikers who hike the trail to cooperate in infection prevention measures.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but in order to minimize the risk of infection to hikers and local residents, we ask that you please observe the following guidelines when trekking the Shinetsu Trail.

Request to all hikers
Please refrain from hiking when the national or local government has declared a state of emergency or taken equivalent measures to prevent infection, and when you are required by the national government or local government to refrain from traveling across prefectural borders.
Please do not trek if you have symptoms such as fever, cough, chills, sore throat, etc.
When accessing to the trailheads of the trail, avoid crowded or heavily trafficked routes and modes of transportation whenever possible.
Always wear a mask and maintain the necessary distance when interacting with people in towns along the trail.
When hiking, please keep a distance of at least 2.0m from others.
It is preferable to wear a mask while hiking, if possible, but this is not necessary if the environment allows for sufficient social distance.
In public areas, such as when taking a break, please keep a distance of at least 2.0m and wear a mask.

Nagano Prefectural Mountain Entry Alert
Nagano Prefecture has issued a “Mountain Entry Alert” to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus. Please refer to this page and plan your hike accordingly.

Dispatch of Registered Guides
For the time being, the guide ratio of Shin-etsu Trail Club registered guides will be reduced from 10 to 8 in order to avoid three-density on the trails and to provide guidance based on infection prevention measures.
Please follow our guides in compliance with the infection prevention guidelines.

The mountain area where the Shin-etsu Trail locates has long been a place of daily life for local residents, and this trail is made possible by the understanding and cooperation of them.
We hope that you will continue to enjoy your hiking on the Shin-etsu Trail and your stay in the Shinetsu area, keeping in mind the importance of taking care of other hikers and local residents, and working to prevent infection.
